HOW DOES THIS WORK?

We offer digitization services for the following cassette tapes:
VHS Tapes
S-VHS Tapes
Compact VHS (VHS-C) Tapes

Schedule a drop-off (Must be within an hour drive away)
Ship cassette tapes to us (We recommend upgrading to fragile shipment)

We can deliver our digitally converted files in two forms: (Please indicate your preference)
USB Flashdrive
Digital Transfer (Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.)
After we complete our conversion process, we will ship the cassette tapes back to you via a fragile shipping service. If you ordered a flash drive, it will be shipped back along with the cassette tapes.

Query Productions is NOT RESPONSIBLE for tapes lost by selected Mail Services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc).
If damage to cassette tapes occurs while Query Productions is in possession of the tapes, we will financially compensate for any damaged tapes up to $100 per tape)
A digital copy of your converted tapes are kept on-site as a backup. We will keep the files safe until the client authorizes for the files to be deleted. This can be requested after the delivery of the cassette tapes back to the client after the conversion process is completed.
